Six Sentence Sunday 5/15

Staying in Spark this week while I try to revise Duality *shoot me*. Today, we meet Duke's partner, a Ripper named Jonah Shook. Rippers are crafty people who can distract you while simultaneously searching your mind for pertinent information. They can either take it gently or rip it out of your brain, causing immense pain and memory loss. Just FYI, I freaking love Shook.



"You should not be trying to rip Cap. That’s not cool, Shook.”

            “Trust me, if you had to listen to that man for an hour, you’d be trying it your own damn self.”
            I laughed but snapped my mouth shut as soon as the door knob turned. Hargrove came out, red-faced, veins popping, sweat dripping down his forehead. I understood; Am had that affect on people.

    Love this! Love the idea of ripping. Love Jonah Shook (perfect name)and his comment about having to listen to the other guy! Very entertaining.

    hehe love how quickly the conversation stilled when Hargrove came in -- and your description of him... fab! Just what had he been up to, to be in that sort of a state? I wonder! LOL
