i like it, if that means anything. of course, it's 5 AM, and i've been up since 1130 AM yesterday. i'm happy i can write complete sentences at this point. whether or not it makes sense remains to be seen...
now...back to that query letter... i only have a week until i send crap out. this time, i'm sticking to my word.
hold me to it. please?
***edit***now i'm unhappy again. darn adjectives and adverbs... i need an ax to chop out my words. darnit.***

Now, are you sure you really want to stick to that dead-line? It's not called a deadline for no reason.
Read the letter, polish the letter, e-mail it to yourself so you can read it after it has been through the cyber-mill.
Look for the mistake - the obvious one that is hiding right in front of your nose as if it's hidden by a forcefield until you press send! ;)
i think this is the fifth deadline i've given myself :-D i'm one of those who works better with a deadline because it forces me to actually accomplish something instead of sitting around on the internet. oh, wait....
but yeah. i really need to do this... otherwise, it'll be next year and i'll be in the same stage.
Congratulations on getting it done.
I've been querying agents who don't ask for a synopsis because i don't want to write one.
don't forget to revise :)
Good luck in your search. I have a finished novel that I ended up using lulu to self publish...not the way to becoming a best seller, but still pretty cool...
mayowa - haha, i thought about going that route, too, just because this has been such a pain, but there are those select few agents i'm DYING to query who want a synopsis. so i'm biting the bullet.
notse - what's your novel about? i love your blog!
